CONTINUOUS THREAD STRUCTURE

ARXE

Combines years and years of experience and evolution in the world of high-tech sailmaking. The continuous thread structure and the process of die casting give us a product with incredibly valid shape holding (maintenance of the design shape) and structural reliability that can’t be found anywhere else on the market. Also asserting itself as the lightest sail on the market.

_ARXE Performance

If you are looking for the best compromise on the market between performance, reliability, design, and price, ARXE Performance (link to technology) is for sure a product that has no competitors on the market.

ARXE combines the results of years and years of experience and evolution in the world of high-tech sailmaking.

The continuous thread structure and the process of die casting give us a product with incredibly valid shape holding (maintenance of the design shape) and structural reliability that can’t be found anywhere else on the market. Also asserting itself as the lightest sail on the market. Also asserting itself as the lightest sail on the market.

Our films which make up the external layers, are products derived from the military aircraft industry and have high-level performance with resistance to sun exposure which is by far the best on the market.

_ARXE Navigator

The navigator version of ARXE is another step forward in resistance over time. In fact, to these sails, we add a layer of taffeta on one side which gives us a fuller layer and an even more stable structural base. Taffeta, even though it is very light, contributes to the duration time of the sail, and most importantly renders it more resistant to the banging and the shock typical of intense cruising.

ARXE Navigator is for sure a necessary upgrade for vessel owners looking for reliable sails for offshore cruising. Ideal, for example, for mainsail and rollable jibs, available in white, gray, black and beige.

_ARXE Ocean

Is the go-to product for intensive ocean and Mediterranean navigation.

ARXE Ocean has our taffeta on both sides, a special kind of product that we have developed over the years reaching a level of duration, mold resistace and UV resistance of the highest profile. Ocean is our ARXE with external protective taffeta, ideal for vessel owners looking for high resistant cruising sails that preserve their structure over time and are designed for first-class performance. ARXE Ocean is the reference product in the world of offshore Racing-Cruising, specially indicated for maxi yachts, from the maxi category to the Super Maxi. It is available in white, gray, black, and beige.

_CRUISING CODE ZERO CZ. (AMG 50% ASF)

The design for our code zero cruising CZ is derived from the great racing drifters. The goal was to design a sail that allows owners, who would ideally like to navigate only and always using the sail, to turn the motor off as soon as possible. In fact, this sail gives the boat a cruising speed that is comparable to that of a motor with already 6-7 knots of TWS. Obviously, compared to a real drifter, we tried to amplify as much as possible the range usage. As you can see, its sails chart is very long and we can already use it at 70° TWA with 6 knots in TWS, up to 135° TWA with 18-20 knots TWS. We use it together with a braided anti torsion cable or unidirectional cable based on the size of the boat. Code Zero is made in laminated fabric with X-ply in polyester or aramidic and the surface is almost double that of the jib. To this sail a UV band can be applied so it can be left hoisted during the day and during cruising, favoring safety, simplicity of use, performance, and fun.

_CRUISING GENNAKER

Our Cruising Gennaker is designed to have the greatest range of use possible.
A simple design to adjust and steer together with an eye on performance. Even though it is our basic gennaker we do not make compromises on material, in fact, the sails are made with first-grade nylon and with the highest level of care in the cosmetic details, and with a wide range of colors available.
These sails are sold in pairs with a “Gennaker Sleeve”, that is, a sock for lowering.
Even today the sock is still one of the safest and simplest methods for lowering while cruising even with a reduced crew, all of this provided that the sock is of the best quality, in fact with a system this simple it is the small details that make the difference, over the years with designers, we have put together socks that are incredibly robust and functional that guarantee safety and simplicity of use.
